How do I get it to NOT go to the next podcast

I usually start up a podcast when I go to bed, and typically this has worked fine. But a few nights ago I found that in the morning it was still playing (it was in a different pod cast altogether so I assume it went through all the episodes in the one I started in and then moved on to the next). Is there a way to get it to just play the one I started and then stop when it's done?
If you need it, I'm using a Droid, plugged in to the charger, no headphones connected.

Auto-play
You can turn that off by going to the playlist screen and pressing on the button that has two arrows in a circle. When it turns grey, auto-play is off.
